Perhaps one of the most difficult qualities to achieve on the path to a dream is patience. You want everything at once. It sounds familiar, doesn’t it?
But how difficult it is to maintain the pause between the stimulus and the reaction, when the “dragons” within awaken, when you repeat the same thing over and over again, but there is no result, when you planned one thing, but something completely different happens, when you have been waiting for years and nothing changes... It is under these conditions that true patience is born.
It sounds beautiful, but in practice, it is almost impossible. A person cannot endure for long if they lack support and hope.
The Bible tells of people who endured years of waiting, injustice, losses, and pressure, and did not break. Not because they were stronger. But because they relied on something other than themselves.
Let this May not be just an idea of “practicing patience”, but an inner decision to find support in God. Because human resources have limits. But when God is the support, a strength that never ends appears.
The strength not to break. Not to give up. To get up again and again and keep going.
