Generosity is not about the cost of a gift, nor about its quantity.
This month, let us care more about those around us. Perhaps, it is a person on the subway. Perhaps, an elderly man or woman on a bench. Perhaps, a cashier at a store, a delivery person, or just someone who goes unnoticed in the everyday hustle and bustle.
When Christ walked the earth, He saw everyone. He stopped and noticed those whom others passed by. It was through this love that people met God.
May someone, through us, feel the love, care, and warmth of Christ.
Give one a kind word. A smile. Care. A little of your time. Or a delicious gift from 17:17. Sometimes, the smallest sign of attention can warm a person's heart and remind them that they are not alone and that God loves them.
This month, let our generosity be a reflection of Christ's love.
