The biblical theme of fidelity, or faithfulness, runs throughout Scripture. God remains faithful to His word, His promises, and His love even when we make mistakes, have doubts, or lose our way. Probably, everyone has experienced at least once how difficult it is to remain faithful: to our word, our nearest and dearest, our principles, our chosen path, or our dreams. Especially when trials, doubts, temptations, and life's storms happen. At such moments, one especially needs a guide that does not change with time and circumstances. God and His Word are the truth that helps us stay on track amidst the many paths and remain faithful to what truly matters. Fidelity cannot be maintained by willpower alone. This is why it is so important for us to remain close to God and learn fidelity from Him through His Word. Let this July be a time when we learn to remain faithful: to God, to our word, to our loved ones, and to the path we once chose. Because among many paths, it is important not only to find the right one, but also to remain faithful to that path to the end.
